This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding: Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and other territories, possessions or commonwealths); and Canada (excluding Quebec), 25 years of age or older on May 1, 2008, who register with MyBestFareFinder.com in accordance with the following official sweepstakes rules and regulations.

This sweepstakes is closed to all employees and vendors of MyBestFareFinder.com, their owners, shareholders, investors, directors, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, contract employees and their respective agencies, and all members of their respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled.

This sweepstakes is also specifically CLOSED TO ALL TRAVEL AGENTS AND AGENCIES, their employees, contract employees and their respective agencies, owners, shareholders, investors, directors, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all members of their respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled regardless of whether or not they are registered as a travel agent member authorized to provide quotes on the MyBestFareFinder.com website.

MyBestFareFinder.com reserves the right, within its sole discretion and at its own expense, to perform a detailed background check from public information records on the Grand Prize Winner and Guest, in order to verify and confirm their eligibility to enter and/or win this sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

This Sweepstakes starts on May 1, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Start Date") at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and closes on November 30, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Close Date") at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("Time of Closing").

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

All current registered travel consumer members of MyBestFareFinder.com ("Members") will be automatically entered (one (1) Entry per Member Household) into the Sweepstakes on the Sweepstakes Start Date. Any one who becomes a registered travel consumer Member after the Sweepstakes Start Date, but prior to the Time of Closing on the Sweepstakes Close Date, will also be automatically entered (one (1) Entry per new Member Household) into the Sweepstakes. New consumer travel members may also enter by submitting (one (1) Entry per travel consumer member household) by hand writing their name, address, home telephone number, and e-mail address, on a standard 3 inch by 5 inch post card and submitting the same by pre-paid mail to: MyBestFareFinder.com at: 4040 East 82nd Street, Suite C9-226, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. MyBestFareFinder.com is not responsible for any entries which are late, lost, misdirected, stolen, mutilated or noted postage due, or any combination thereof. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced Entries will be accepted. All mail in Entries must be postmarked on or before the Sweepstakes Close Date and must be received by MyBestFareFinder.com no later than November 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Eligible mail in entries will be entered into the MyBestFareFinder.com computer system for the purposes of the Sweepstakes drawing. Having proof of a mailing, an in person submission, or an online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt, nor proof of eligibility, by MyBestFareFinder.com.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize (approximate retail value $2500) will be awarded in the form of: one (1) $2500 value future cruise certificate valid for use on any major (as determined by MyBestFareFinder.com) cruise line. Grand Prize may not be redeemed for any cash value or transferred. The future cruise certificate shall be redeemed by using the services of a legitimate travel agent/agency and the selection for said specific travel agent/agency shall be at the sole discretion of MyBestFareFinder.com. The specific cruise line and itinerary must be properly booked with the major cruise line prior to 6/15/2009, and the actual travel must be completed by 6/15/2010. The certificate value may only be used for: actual cruise fare, mandatory port fees/taxes, transfers, and insurance. Any cruise related airfare costs are specifically excluded from the redemption value of the said future cruise certificate. All actual value of the costs regarding the specific cruise line and itinerary chosen by the Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest which are above the stated $2500 value, regardless if they are cruise specific and/or travel related to the said cruise shall be at the sole expense of the Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest. The actual value of the costs regarding the specific cruise line and itinerary chosen by the Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest which are below the stated $2500 value are forever forfeited and have no cash value. MyBestFareFinder.com reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, or any portion of the Grand Prize thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prize winner must accompany their guest on the cruise. Grand Prize winner and Guest must meet standard cruise travel eligibility rules and standards set by each cruise line including passport and visa requirements, if applicable. Special requests for, but not limited to: stateroom upgrades, gift orders, shore excursions, trip insurance, cruise or land or air extensions, custom or additional air fare and/or fees, transportation costs to and from cruise and/or air embarkation/disembarkation ports/gateways, are the sole financial responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and/or their Guest; and if said services are available for purchase from the awarded cruise line, they must be paid for in full at the time of the booking, or the specific cruise lines final payment date, by the Grand Prize winner and/or their Guest. Any governmental fees for passport, visa, entry or exit requirements, as well as any supplemental fuel surcharges in effect at the time of the sailing, must be paid for in full at the time of the notification said charges from the awarded cruise line, and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and or/their Guest. Personal expenditures prior to, during, and after said cruise, whether directly, indirectly or non-directly related to the stated Grand Prize, are the sole financial responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and/or their Guest. Grand Prize winner’s failure to accept the Grand Prize as stated or meet sweepstakes and/or the awarded cruise line’s eligibility requirements will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture and satisfaction of MyBestFareFinder.com's obligation to provide a Grand Prize. Other travel restrictions by governmental regulators and/or the awarded cruise line may apply at any time without prior notice.

DRAWING

On or about December 15, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), one Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected by computer from all eligible entries received. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Grand Prize Winner will be notified via a telephone call after the drawing. Winner will be required to answer said telephone call to acknowledge receipt of notification of eligibility for prize. If no telephone response is obtained within seven (7) days of notification, additional attempts will be made to reach the selected winner by e-mail and/or U.S. Mail service. If no response is obtained from a selected winner within ten (14) days of notification, the Grand Prize is forfeited and another Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected by computer from the remaining eligible Entries.

MyBestFareFinder.com reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to perform a background check on the Grand Prize Winner and Guest, in order to verify and confirm eligibility.

RELEASE FORM

The Grand Prize winner must complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Publicity Release Form (the "Release Form"). By completing and returning the Release Form and accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules; agrees to accept the Prize as awarded, without substitution; acknowledges that the Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash; releases MyBestFareFinder.com and its respective affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, employees, and agents from and against all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes and the awarding and use of the Prize; and consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state/province), and/or photographs, without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes unless prohibited by law. The Declaration of Eligibility and Publicity Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Form or the winner's Grand Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. The travel guest of the winner will also be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Publicity Release Form (the "Guest's Release Form") within the time period specified on the Guest's Form. MyBestFareFinder.com or a designated agent will book the travel arrangements for the Grand Prize winner and the winner's travel guest upon receiving the fully completed Release Form and Guest's Release Form. No correspondence or other communication will be entered into except with the Winner. All Entries become the property of MyBestFareFinder.com. By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, prize winner acknowledges having read and accepted these rules and consents to publication of name (first name and first letter of last name only) by MyBestFareFinder.com on its web site, without further compensation.

Prizes will be awarded to winners in the form of a cruise booking confirmation and any other associated travel documents, tickets, or confirmation numbers. MyBestFareFinder.com is not responsible for any costs associated with claiming any prize. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all taxes, if any, that may result in claiming a prize in this Sweepstakes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions, no cash value. MyBestFareFinder.com shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize. MyBestFareFinder.com is not responsible for technical or computer errors, or for late, lost, illegible, damaged, postage due, misdirected, misidentified or incomplete Entries. Entries that are, in any way, tampered with, forged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, photocopied or mechanically reproduced, or submitted by or through fraudulent means, may be disqualified, in the sole discretion of MyBestFareFinder.com. This includes any entry that does not comply with these Sweepstakes Rules in any way whatsoever. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and MyBestFareFinder.com, in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Provinces of Canada(except Quebec), without regard to conflicts of law principles. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes could be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should an attempt be made, MyBestFareFinder.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the on-line portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned because of, for example: tampering or infection by computer virus, worms or unauthorized hacking, MyBestFareFinder.com reserves the right to cancel on-line entry. MyBestFareFinder.com shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors, or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, any damage to an entrant's computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. MyBestFareFinder.com reserves the right at any time to withdraw this Sweepstakes or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, at its sole discretion. A prize winner list can be obtained by hand writing "Prize Winner List" on an 3" x 5" post card, enclosing a prepaid return postage envelope, and submitting the same by pre-paid mail to: send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MyBestFareFinder.com at: 4040 East 82nd Street, Suite C9-226, Indianapolis, IN 46250 with a written request after January 1, 2009 but before February 31, 2009. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
